How would you like to watch a horror film with Winnie Cooper from Wonder Years in it. Well I got one for you the 2007 film Hack! The film starts off with a man in the woods played by Kane Hodder if you don't know who he is you shouldn't be reading this blog. We see Kane running away from someone and next thing we see is his head falling off his body. Slice off by a buzz saw pretty nice but nothing I haven't seen before. Then we are introduce to a group of college kids. The nerdy girl Emily played by Danica McKellar. The hot guy that Emily is in love with Johnny played by Jay Kenneth Johnson. The dumb jock Tim played by Travis Schuldt. The hot foreign exchange student Sylvia played by Gabrielle Richens and man is she hot! The gay Asian Ricky played by Justin Chon. The stoner chick Maddy played by Adrienne Frantz. And last but not least the token black guy Q played by Wondgy Bruny. We find out that the group is going to a remote island for school field trip. The owners of the island are Vincent King played by Sean Kanan from Karate Kid III frame and his wife Mary Shelley played by Juliet Landau from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. These kids are in for one KILLER weekend. This Film has a little twist towards the end of the film that you can see coming from a mile away. See if you can figure it out before the film reveals it. This film is a low rate Scream but that doesn’t take from the entertainment value. So check out Hack! Stay nerdy people.
