Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (Review)

This film is not for the faint of heart. It takes you places you would rather not go. With that being said this is a great film it kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. The film stars Lee Young Ae as Lee Geum-ja a woman who was sent to prison for kidnapping and killing a young boy. But she is innocent and when she is released thirteen years later she is out for revenge. The real killer is a preschool teacher Mr. Baek played by Choi Min-sik. Who told Lee Geum-ja if she tells the truth that he will kill her newborn baby. So she is sent to prison for a crime she did not commit. When she gets out she set a plan in motion that will keep you wondering what’s going to happen next. This is a great film and worth seeing so give it a try. Stay nerdy people.
